Purpose of the Job
- Lead implementation and quality control of PB/EcRec activities.
- Supervise and guide field teams, ensuring conflict-sensitive, community-based programming.
- Organize peace dialogues, workshops, and conflict sensitivity training.
- Conduct needs assessments and monitoring & evaluation in coordination with MEAL.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting; improve reporting tools and staff capacity.
- Line-manage project staff, conducting appraisals and building team capacity.
- Liaise with partners, authorities, and civil society for smooth operations.
- Support project design, proposal writing, budgeting, and expenditure monitoring.
Qualifications:
- South Sudanese national with 3+ years of humanitarian experience.
- Background in peacebuilding, conflict sensitivity, and community engagement.
- Skilled in assessments, FGDs, surveys, and facilitating workshops.
- Strong team player with administrative, organizational, and cultural adaptability.
- Willing to travel and work in Wau and Jur River Counties.
Desirable:
- Experience in project cycle management, safety, and field operations.
- Prior work in target locations and strong contextual understanding.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, training, and financial management skills.
