Who are we?
You are part of the Global IT department in DRC Danish Refugee Council (DRC). You work closely with the IT and business stakeholders in Denmark and the 30+ country offices where DRC is operating. The IT team is as diverse as the people we assist. You belong to the IT Digital and IT Projects team and work closely with colleagues implementing changes and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation ERP system.
About the job
As D365 Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the maintenance and functional changes (incl. testing & documentation) in D365F&O modules covering Supply Chain, Finance and Project Management & Accounting. You will collaborate closely with internal lead consultants and business colleagues to support the successful maintenance and implementation of technical solutions covering organizational business needs.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Providing second-line support for incidents and upgrades and investigating dependencies with other apps in the IT infrastructure, in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with technical experts to continuously adapt the functionalities to end users’ needs and to DRC strategic direction.
- Training business stakeholders to improve ticket management.
- Continuous update of business processes documentation.
- Plan and perform testing during monthly releases and system updates.
About you
To be successful in this role we expect you to have a broad knowledge across the D365F&O suite. You enjoy working in an international setup dealing across 30+ countries.

Moreover, we also expect the following:
Required
- An academic degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in D365F&O or other ERP systems
- Hands on experience of ERP systems support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with a wish to add value in the humanitarian sector
- Fluent in English
Desirable
- Testing and documentation experience
- End user training experience
- French/Spanish language

Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the agreement between DRC and AC. This is a national position for which local terms and conditions apply.
