- Bettina Bach (nominated by DRC’s volunteers in Denmark)
- Juliane Marie Neiiendam (nominated by Women's Council)
- Mustafa Rafiqyaar (staff representative, elected among staff in DRC)
- Mette Feifer (nominated by Dansk Erhverv)
- Nina Boel (nominated by Amnesty International)
- Ulla Næsby Tawiah (elected by the ExCom as external member)
- Vagn Berthelsen, member of Audit Committee (nominated by OXFAM Ibis)
- Signe Husted Davidsen (DFUNK, observer)
Neither the chairperson nor the members are remunerated.
