Expression of Interest (EOI): Financial Service Providers for Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) in Afghanistan
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) invites qualified Financial Service Providers (FSPs) to express interest in supporting the delivery of Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) to displacement-affected and vulnerable communities across Afghanistan.
Through this initiative, DRC aims to distribute up to USD 15 million in cash assistance over the next 24 months, enhancing food security, supporting livelihoods, protecting vulnerable groups, and enabling effective emergency response and recovery.
The EOI represents the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process. FSPs shortlisted through this stage will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
The planned areas of operation include: Kabul, Herat, Logar, Farah, Maidan Wardak, Badghis, Parwan, Nangarhar, Kapisa, Kunar, Panjsher, Nuristan, Ghazni, Kandahar, Paktia, Nimroz, Paktika, and Zabul.
