Cash Transfer Services

DRC is providing support to displacement-affected communities in Syria, in order to have enhanced resilience through community-based protection and socio-economic self-reliance support.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) process is the first stage of a multi-stage process. DRC intends to distribute cash and vouchers to our Suppliers/Salaries of Staff and beneficiaries supported with various activities using a Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) modality. (CVA) refers to all programs where cash transfers or vouchers are directly provided to recipients.

DRC aims to select one or more FINANCIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS (FSPs) to implement the above. The FSPs passing the evaluation of the EOI will be invited to participate in a Request For Proposal (RFP).

The final outcome after the RFP, is signing of a framework agreement for a period of 1 year renewable for 1 year. Selected FSP(s) will be required to provide the most effective and efficient cash and/or voucher delivery mechanisms in support of DRC’s implementation.

DRC invites qualified FSPs to submit their EOI in respect of one or more of the required options before the deadline as stipulated in the attached documents.
