Consultant to Lead Capacity Development for Ukrainian Diaspora Organizations on the topic of fundraising

DEMAC, an initiative hosted by DRC, is seeking a consultant to lead capacity development for Ukrainian diaspora organizations in the crucial area of fundraising. As part of the DRC's Diaspora Programme, the DEMAC aims to enhance coordination among diaspora organizations involved in humanitarian assistance. The consultant, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in participatory capacity development for civil society organizations (CSOs), will work closely with selected diaspora organizations from April to June 2024. The focus is on conducting needs assessments, developing tailored fundraising capacity development plans, and delivering fundraising support packages. The geographical focus may involve remote work with diaspora organizations globally and Ukrainian-based national CSOs, with potential travel, and the consultant will report to the DEMAC focal point in Copenhagen, Denmark. Eligible candidates should possess expertise in fundraising best practices, experience with Ukrainian civil society, and be fluent in English and Ukrainian.
