Consultancy for Evaluation of the Diaspora Project Support (DiPS)

Danish Refugee Council (DRC) in Denmark seeks proposals from consultants to conduct an evaluation of the Diaspora Project Support (DiPS), funded by the Strategic Partnership (SPA) with Danida. The purpose of the evaluation is to assess if and to what extent partner diaspora organisations have enhanced their capacity to take impactful action to respond to needs of affected populations in their countries of origin, namely Afghanistan and Somalia. The evaluation seeks to capture learning and recommendations that can inform the strategic planning regarding the Diaspora Programme, including on how localisation ambitions can be fostered through the Diaspora Programme.
