Borehole Rehabilitation & Improvement Works in Mandera

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is leading the EU-funded BORESHA-NABAD Program in the Mandera Triangle (Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia) to enhance resilience against drought, floods, conflicts, and violent extremism. The program strengthens communities, governments, and private sector using mixed approaches. The programme aims to improve access to water through rehabilitating and constructing water infrastructure in one of its interventions. BORESHA-NABAD seeks contractors for borehole rehabilitation and improvement across 20 community water supply boreholes in Mandera County. These boreholes will provide clean water for domestic, livestock, and agricultural use, enhancing food security and livelihoods.
