Request for Proposal: Provision of cash/voucher assistance service

DRC representation in Afghanistan is seeking for a qualified finance service provider for a purpose to set up a Framework Agreement(s) with a one-year duration period. The agreement may be extended for an additional year based on positive supplier's performance record and DRC demands availability. Please refer to our tender package for the terms of reference and description of expected methodology applied for implementation of CVA project.
